On November 22, 2025, the Teatro Principal in Mahón will be filled with emotion, art, and solidarity with a benefit concert in support of the Clarós Foundation. At Som Menorca, we are deeply proud to collaborate on this very special initiative, with which we seek to join forces to change lives.

Laura Riera, manager of the SOM Menorca real estate agency, has worked diligently to make this event possible, where music becomes hope.

A Night to Remember

The concert will offer an exceptional program divided into two parts, designed to move all attendees:

Part One: The Power of Lyrics

• Marcelina Roman, a soprano with a delicate and powerful voice
• Iryna Zhytynska, a mezzo-soprano who captivates with her sensitivity
• Rame Lahaj, an internationally renowned tenor
• Gayane Mnatsakanyan, on piano, accompanying masterfully

Part Two: The Soul of Serrat

The evening will continue with the magic and poetry of Joan Manuel Serrat, who will gift us with his voice and music, taking everyone present on a journey of memories and emotions.

The concert will also feature the honor of having retired baritone Joan Pons, a symbol of Menorcan lyrical excellence and commitment to culture and solidarity, as event chairman.

A Cause That Transforms Lives

The Clarós Foundation has been bringing hope where there seems to be none for over two decades. Their humanitarian missions care for children with profound deafness or facial deformities in areas where medical resources are scarce.

Thanks to their work, children who had never heard a voice regain their hearing through hearing aids or cochlear implants. Children who struggled with speech or eating difficulties recover basic functions after reconstructive surgeries that restore their dignity and smiles.

Their commitment doesn't end there: they also train local doctors and professionals, ensuring that this aid is sustained over time and continues to change lives generation after generation.
